I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! The staff is awesome and so friendly. I always see Dr. Block within just a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Block is so nice and a fantastic podiatrist. The office is very accommodating to schedules and I highly recommend anyone with foot and ankle problems come here!
Far as dealing with Dr Block he was great. But the office for billing is terrible. I wish I could take away all stars!!!!! I have been asking since March for refund because they did not submit payment to secondary insurance. I have heard excuse that billing department isn't their responsibility, waiting for Dr Blocks approval, Dr Block account was frozen due to theft, Dr Block is on vacation so can't get approved but he was there month ago when I got excuse for waiting on approval, and list goes on and on. The people are so nice and helpful. I would recommend his office to anyone that has feet problems.
I was pleased with Dr. Block and my foot procedure. My only complaint is dealing with their billing/insurance department. Payment is required up front so when the insurance company processes the claim and pays their portion it is a battle to get reimbursed. 11 weeks after my procedure I finally got my check but only after calling once a week for 3 weeks. This particular staff member has a very unprofessional attitude and should not be in a position to deal with patients. I cannot recommend this office to anyone and I will go... read more
