RecommendedBluebonnet Equine Humane Society is the best animal rescue organization I have ever encountered. They are tireless in their efforts on behalf of horses (and people). Everyone involved is dedicated and determined to help as many horses as possible.
I've adopted 2 horses from them. Always good horses. When I was fostering, they always helped with expenses. Love my adoptees!
This is the real Bluebonnet. I’m not in their service area, but they still gave me extremely helpful advice when I took in and rehabbed a very underweight pony.
Very well run and organized group that truly care about horses! I’ve lived all over the country and never found another rescue as good as this one! Highly recommend!
Not to be confused with Baby Bluebonnet, and in no way affiliated. BEHS is an amazing rescue. They have training challenges to make their rescues more adoptable and show them off, helping them get homes. They do more than any other rescue I've seen!
Bluebonnet is an amazing rescue that is honest and supportive. You could be sure that when you get a horse from Blue Bonnet 😊 you’ll get all the information that is known about that horse from the organization. Plus if you get a horse from one of the challenges, that Horse has been with a trainer for four months! That is almost impossible to match anywhere. I love Blubonnet!
BEHS is the only rescue group that I support 100%. They rehabilitate every horse that they take in. They provide training to horses to make them adoptable and safe.
I love the work that Bluebonnet does. Their love, care, and empathy towards these beautiful animals is unmatched. I’m confident when I donate that the funds are used properly.
We have fostered for them in past and have watched their services and ability to help equines increase over the years . They are equally responsive to people who are members of the society and to those who may need to surrender an equine or find one in need . Honest and caring.
