Bluebeard’s menu is a great mix of inventive and approachable. The duck confit was crispy on the outside, tender inside, with a nice tang from the accompanying pickled veggies. Their cocktail game is strong too—had a whiskey sour that hit just right. The space is cozy but trendy, perfect for a casual yet refined evening out.
Craft cocktails, servers/bartenders great knowledge and attentive, hand made pasta with unique sauces/finishing ingredients, one of the best spots in Indy.
The menu changes often, but the small plates are consistently well thought out. Tried a pork belly dish with pickled vegetables that balanced richness and acidity perfectly. The space is warm and stylish without being too upscale. Good spot for a low-key dinner with solid, creative food.
Food was incredible, and they went above and beyond to accomadate a member of our group with an alchohol alergy. The sweet corn cheesecake was transcendent!
