Was in town for a conference and the food, service and overall ambiance was amazing. And they have some of the tastiest veggies around.
The “private dining area” felt kind of like a storage area. The service was a bit slow for a fine dining establishment if you ask me, but the food was ok. The lamb ragu was excellent, i wish i had gotten that, lol. The picanya steak was good, the charred cucumber was disappointing. Doused in chili crisp oil and a mound of cilantro. I have never in my life seen a dish with so much cilantro. The croissant pudding was really nice.
Came here for dinner with a local friend on a visit to Indy, and was extremely impressed by Bluebeard. We sat at the bar - the martinis were wonderful. Burrata starter was a great first course, the pork chop a really strong main course. Bravo to the Bluebeard team!

This is now my new favorite Vonnegut-themed local restaurant. My favorites were the General Tso's cauliflower, and the Galapagos cocktail (spicy!).
