I moved here about 3 years ago. It felt like the right think to do. Things slowly started to go down hill at the end of year 2. At the time it was owned by another company. But things still got done. Greystar came in 8 months or so ago and I believe things would get better with new management. Well it got worse. I just had a serious leak in my apartment from the tenant up above. My refrigerator barely works and no one has tried solving the problems. I've called management many times and even had matenience come by for a pers... read more

GreyStar is among the worst human beings on earth. They bought our apartment building and raised our rent by $300 a month! Unfortunately, in MA there are NO LAWS against this kind of rent increase and this company knows it. No choice but to keep signing another lease because this company bought other buildings in the area to the rent is the same in an worst area. Oh, and the old company gave me a military discount; when I asked this company about it they pretty much laughed in my face. The building also has an evacuation ala... read more

Pros: Wonderful property to live in. Nice amenaties, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are nice, if a little high priced. Cons: Property management is nearly impossibly to get ahold of and blatantly ignores state law including meeting 21 day legal requirement for security deposite, ignoring move out inspection requests, and withholding from security deposite outside their legal rights to do so. I went 6 months with a monthly request for iformation with no response until I threatened legal... read more

I am staying at a Greystar property in N.Va (*************). I have been without my vehicle for over 30 days and I am in sales. My vehicle was broken into and the locking mechanism was broken and my airbag was taken on my vehicle. This is due to our the property's garage doors being missing for the second time in the two years I have lived at this property. As a concerned resident, I offered recommendations on mounting additional cameras with lights to cover vectors not covered by the current cameras which could not identify... read more

So I have been living at Courtney Meadows in Jacksonville, FL for about 1 month or so. When I do reviews I try to be very objective. The units that have been refreshed with new kitchens and baths are quite lovely and it is a very convenient location. Here is the downside, I selected the first floor so I wouldn't have to go up three flights of stairs. For anyone looking at Courtney Meadows, I would seriously take this in consideration. I figured since it was built in 2001 the flooring would be somewhat substantial compared to... read more

Ashley Johnson, the property manager lacks all humanly care or concern for the residence. She is just here for a check. In September, I put a work order in and was told that there was nothing to worry about, that it was more than likely my garbage disposal causing gurgling noises in my sink. October, my kitchen was full of overflowing sewage! Yes literally sewage! Maintenance comes 3 hours later and attempts to fix it. With no luck after 2 hours, I’m told that they will need to call a plumber. Plumber comes, snakes the sink t... read more

Terminated lease due to unsafe and unhealthy living conditions many complaints in the 7 months and numerous calls to security on tenants above me Apt 2002 Gave my 30 day notice and move out no damages to Apt but no deposit returned as they falsely say I did a lease but out. Untrue statement by Trevi Mgmt

Business response:

This all happened during COVID complex had no check in process or check out process in person. Check in door was left unlocked and process same at termination

They lied about and charged us for a carpet that was not new after a few months we notice lines and marks appearing "ps we never walked on the carpet with our shoes nor do we have animals. We were charged for insurance violations after we renewed our renter insurance based on information given to us by the property manager , another charged was for a molded bathroom and another which sealants were used to cover up cracks. The property manager lies and will do and say anything possible to gain an extra buck. I also asked the ... read more
