This is the worst company you could rent from I’ve been here for a little while an their has not been anything good They charge you for everything possible then not only that they make you pay rent for your dog an you can’t keep it nor let it go on the patio This place is ran down the managers are focused on the wrong things they should worry about the fights car theft an ect..I dnt recommend anyone to move in these high price ghetto apartments

Overture Greenville is like living in a prison and the manager is the warden! She promises things and never follows through. She's a little Hitler! She threatened us with eviction and never said why! We were very active in the community. We did the directory since they wouldn't. We showed 3 movies a week using our apps. We planned many resident led events and started karaoke. My experience with the Westside property has been unsettling since the beginning of the lease. I tried to go talk to management and I was treated with hostility in response as I wanted to resolve my issues and questions. The contact info for the regional manager or someone above was denied and hidden. I went to ask why the gate was not functioning properly, and property maintenance was lacking. as my amenity fees and everyone else have been paid consistently. My building is still damaged from the 2020 earthquake. We cannot use our fireplace because the chimney uses a common flue where all 3 floors feed into one common flue. Because Management won't give maintenance the money they need to fix things, anyone who lights a fire in their fireplace smokes out the other floors.Despite our list of issues, GreyStar jacked up our rent $300.More importantly, would you like to park your vehicle here with your expensive apartment? Lived in Scottsdale Az for going on 4 years, rent was 1250, during covid it went up to 1550 and now our new rent starting June is 2200 , keep in mind , our apartment will not be renovated, it has plumbing problems, toliet over floods once a month they never really do anything about it so we stop calling, they have Roach problems and tub is peeling, MOSIAC APARTMENTS in Scottsdale is incompetent, they never have a steady manager there, most managers are looking over 2 and 3 property's. Disappointing cheap place to "live." You get less than what you pay for. You tour updated apartments but they provide you with dilapidated versions. Upon move-in our promised "stainless steel" appliances were old half-functioning appliances. The dryer and water heater did not work at all. The water was ice cold until maintenance finally came multiple days later. The old stove top had only 2/4 burners working. The refrigerator had no handle. He microwave was dirty and slow. My experience with both Greystar and the properties they manage has been very negative. In my opinion, they exhibit a corporate culture in which everyone within the organization looks down on tenants with very little accountability for the negative experiences their tenants experience with their various property mgmt teams. They start every conversation from a position of "we" are right and "they" are wrong, approaching problem resolution in a very adversarial manner, versus a collaborative sincere approach. I rented at ******** Apts. in *********, **. managed by Greystar. They concealed from me the fact that the man below me smoked. When I complained, they lied and said that smoking was allowed everywhere, The truth is smoking was banned inside the apartments. I terminated the lease early and they provided fraudulent documents,with my forged e-signature on them, to NCS to collect a debt i did not owe.
