Had my annual exam on 18Feb. As I’ve come to expect over the past 3 years it was a great experience. Dr Poole is experienced and gives complete explanations throughout. Equipment and procedures are up-to-date. Staff gave great advice on how to make best use of my insurance benefits. Entire staff was friendly, timely and knowledgeable!

The doctor and staff were thorough and friendly
From the moment I stepped in the door I received excellent care. The staff were all very nice and very helpful. I did not have to wait long to do my pre exam and then for Dr.Poole to come do his exam. Dr. Poole really went above and beyond to check my vision health because of health conditions.
