Walked in for the first time and felt very welcomed! This place makes you feel at home..... they make you laugh which is very important as well! Go see them they will make you smile too! 🤓
Dr. Poole takes his time with everyone. You actually feel like a patient and not another customer! He may get behind sometimes but that is because he spends unselfish quality time with each and every patient! You can TRUST this man! His staff is second to none! Five Star!!!!!
I am so thankful I found Dr. Poole! after 3 years of not going to the eye doctor due to lack of appointments less than 5 months out at my original eye doctor (and lack of patient care!), I knew I needed a new doc and a new prescription. He was so thorough and kind. His exam was the most thorough I've ever experienced, and he was even honest about contact lens pricing. I will definitely be back!
All I have to say is look at my google review because they did not help me nor resolve the situation. Nor did I get an apology from the owner as I was being harassed by an employee there because of my review. Not a good place to go to if all you want is drama and unprofessional people. I’d suggest going to someone who has certified staff

I went to Dr Poole for an eye injury and he treated me so kindly! Wonderful, caring staff! Love them!
