Dr Poole was great, but my experience trying to buy glasses was not. First, the lady at the eyeglass desk was obviously offended when I moved my chair away from her trying to social distance. She asked why I was doing that. We both had masks on, but why wouldn’t I want to be as safe as possible? And why should I have to apologize for that? She told me the price of lenses & I agreed I still wanted to look at frames to get the glasses made. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this office! I had to bring my one year old with me unexpectedly and the doctor and staff were all very understanding and accommodating! Dr. Poole was very thorough and really took the time to explain things. Also, I can’t remember her name, but the lady that sat at the desk in the very back (on the eyeglasses side) really made everything so easy and she was a an absolute joy.
