BEWARE! – I dont know how they can call themselves a medical practice. From the office manager to the doctors this crowd sucks. I'm suprise the medical board hasnt shut them down and dont dare try to question anything or anyone there. Then you will have the pleasure of meeting Kristy or Kathy neither who know what the hell the other is doing. Kristy must have degrees on top of degrees cause she has absolutely no people skills what so ever. Her idea of how to talk to people and customer service is nonexsistent. Kathy who on t... read more

Hard to get in to see a doctor/but worth the wait – It seemed to take forever to get in to see a doctor in this office. It is a very difficult process. The check in and check out leave a person wondering where the service part of this office is. The doctor I did see was wonderful and I felt like my needs were met. After that appointment I made another appointment ( there is an appointment for everything) with the skin care person Carol Tippett. I was expecting it to be another hard sell for skin products but it was refreshin... read more

Carol is Awesome! – Carol, the Medical Aesthetician is very, very good at what she does! I've been to several aestheticians in the area and she is the most knowledgeable. The skincare lines that she's chosen to carry work very well with my sensitive skin. We've developed an anti-aging routine that sure is doing its job! Thank you for all of your help, Carol!

College students beware – I made an appointment 6 months out for a week that I would be home from college to get moles checked out. I needed to have the appointment early in the week in case of complications, like I had last time. I made the appointment for a Monday, and about 2 weeks before my appointment, I got a call telling me my appointment had been rescheduled for a month after that. I explained I was a college student and only going to be in town for a short time. Didn't matter. So I canceled my appointment and will f... read more

Best to go elsewhere – When I went in for a follow up for a medication that didn't seem to be working, the doctor told me that *I* needed to ask my neurologist for possible drug interactions before she would prescribe me something new. Isn't that what a doctor is trained to do: to know, or at least look up drug interactions on an office computer instead of passing it on to the patient to find out? I left the office with ANOTHER follow up appointment made. A couple weeks later, I got a certified letter in the mail telling me ... read more

Extremely rude staff and they don't care – I really like my doctor, but this company makes a practice of making automatic appointments for you and not letting you know. My doctor never told me when to come back. Most doctors will tell you they want to see you in a certain amount of time...not this one. They made an appointment for me anyway. The receptionist took my money, but never asked when I would like to come back. Isn't this part of a doctor visit? When I asked them over the phone, they basically called me a liar and t... read more

Worst place EVER! – I think this is actually their staff that made this review. It kinda goes with their whole attitude there that the patients are "lucky" to be seen there. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to be seen within A YEAR when you have a history of skin cancer. However, if you say that you have some zits...well then, you are in a week! I asked if I could be seen before a year bc some moles were giving me concern. I was told that she would transfer me to medical records to find a new doctor! They are awful,... read more

Appointment Staff went above and beyond – I needed to see Dr. O'Rourke and I know she has a really busy schedule and it is hard to get in, but the appointment scheduler worked with me and found an appointment that worked. She was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond to accomodate my situation. Other reviewers say they are rude, but I think that is because they have unreasonable demands and want special treatment at the rest of the patient's expense. After all it is the age of entitlement.

Don't waste your time and money – I called to get an appointment for a full skin check in Feb of 2009. I was told that I couldn't get in until July of 2009, and I would have to be seen for some other skin issue before setting up a skin exam. They assured me then that once you were an established patient, you could get right in. Not the case, the appointment women rudely told me my doctor was booking out to 2010!! I said there was no way I would wait that long, she then offered me a different practitioner in Sept...8 months a... read more
