great experience – i was leaving town and needed to be seen for a rash. the lady who answered the phone was so helpful and got me in right away. the doctors and nurses were great and there were no pa's like i've seen at other practices. i'd recommend this place to everyone!
Loved the practice! – From start to finish I had a wonderful experience with this practice. When I called for an appointment (I was a new patient) I was given an appointment within a couple of days. I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to get in! When I arrived I was greeted with smiling faces. I brought in my completed paperwork so didn't have much of a wait time at all. seen quickly and proficiently – i had a bump come up on my head near where i had a previous skin cancer. i was able to be seen within days and had a biopsy done by dr. lokitz. she did a great job. unfortunately, it was a skin cancer, but they directed me to mohs surgery. it was all taken care of within a month, and i don't have to worry about it anymore. the staff was very friendly and very efficient.
Wonderful patient care – The care I received at Blue Ridge Dermatology was outstanding. Dr. Ghate is a wonderfully caring and competent doctor who guided me through the difficult process of treating a new skin cancer. I recommend her highly.
Nice Visit – I saw Dr. Lokitz and the visit was quick and I was able to go over my concerns and each was addressed very well. The wifi in the waiting room and exam was a nice add for my iPhone while I had to wait. Nice Practice. I would recommend Dr. Lokitz and Blue Ridge.
Great Staff – After my first appointment at Blue Ridge Dermatology there was a problem with my insurance, the billing department was very helpful and we worked it out. I really appreciated all they did to get the matter taken care of. Wonderful Staff and great service.
Knowledgeable / Great Service – I just had my first appointment at Blue Ridge Dermatology and it was a very pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and I only had about a 15 minute wait.....most of that was filling out my initial paperwork since I was a new patient. The doctor and assistant were very personable and gave me exact instructions on what I needed to do after they took a biopsy. Great practice and friendly staff – My experience at Blue Ridge was great. I needed to be seen for a rash that had showed up suddenly and the ladies over the phone were very polite and were able to work me the very next morning. I saw Dr. Ghate and she was very sweet, and knowledgable. Her nurses were very thorough and helpful also. Ladies at check-in and check-out were very nice. I've had a few friends recommend this practice and I was very pleased with my experience. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME – As a newcomer to the triangle area, I went to Blue Ridge Drematology for a issue that I have had for some time. I called and was offered an appointment for that same day. I came in and saw Dr. Kendall Hash. What a great doctor. She explained exactly what she was doing and even called me to "check up" on me after I got home. The office staff from check in to check out was nothing but pleasant. If you are in need of a great doctor....this is the place that i would recommend
