I love everything about the Blue Paddle :-)! It's my favorite place to dine at for sure :-)!
This gem of a restaurant is tucked into the scenic champlain islands. You won't find friendlier staff anywhere! The food is magnificent. I love that local farmers provide many of the ingredients to their fabulous dishes.

We had a wonderful dinning experience after my masters graduation from UVM. The food was delicious and comforting, the service friendly and prompt, and the family photo taken to mark the momentous occasion just beyond what is required of a restaurant. I felt very special. Thank you for making us feel like welcomed guests.
