This gem of a restaurant is tucked into the scenic champlain islands. You won't find friendlier staff anywhere! The food is magnificent. I love that local farmers provide many of the ingredients to their fabulous dishes.
We ordered our Thanksgiving dinner and it was amazing! It was like having a traditional Thanksgiving without my burned gravy, but seriously, thank you for our wonderful meal! Looking forward to future opportunities. I would highly recommend ordering a “take out” holiday meal from Blue Paddle Bistro. We had a wonderful dinning experience after my masters graduation from UVM. The food was delicious and comforting, the service friendly and prompt, and the family photo taken to mark the momentous occasion just beyond what is required of a restaurant. I felt very special. Thank you for making us feel like welcomed guests.
