The meals are prepared on the Montague grill at 1800 degrees Farenheit, which induces the food to retain all its natural flavors. From Filet Mignon to New York Strip and Porterhouse, all the big players are on the menu including Ahi Tuna, Salmon Filet and Diver Scallops. The wine list is extensive and you can choose from Chardonnays to Italian Reds and Blush, serving 1.5 and 5 litre bottles.

Excellent birthday celebration at Blue. Food was great and loved our waiter Brian. I would defiantly go back and ask for Brian. Loved the complimentary ice cream cake and champagne. What a great place.
My wife and I were there for our Anniversary on 4/8/19. The food was a 5 star plus and our server Tammy was excellent. Complementary champagne and dessert. Romantic atmosphere.

We frequent blue often because the food is always delicious and the service is great! I took my husband out last night for his birthday and I had the pre-fixe menu ... those pastrami sliders were OUTSTANDING! I ordered two more orders just to take home! Please add them to the appetizers on the permanent menu 😉
