The meals are prepared on the Montague grill at 1800 degrees Farenheit, which induces the food to retain all its natural flavors. From Filet Mignon to New York Strip and Porterhouse, all the big players are on the menu including Ahi Tuna, Salmon Filet and Diver Scallops. The wine list is extensive and you can choose from Chardonnays to Italian Reds and Blush, serving 1.5 and 5 litre bottles.

I was waiting for over 12 years to go to this restaurant and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed!! The food, service, atmosphere, and drinks were all wonderful. I enjoyed myself immensely!!!

I hosted my daughter’s baby shower at Blue today and I can’t say enough about the experience. The staff was attentive and extremely professional. The food was beyond anything I could have imagined and the presentation of the food was outstanding. My guests were overwhelmed by the entire experience. From Kaitlyn’s assistance wIth the planning to the actual event, everything was beyond my expectations. If you are considering hosting an event, this is the place to hold it.
The food is great. the service is great. but too many times we've had problems. made a reservation through open table, they didn't honor it. they closed the bar for a wedding on a sweltering afternoon. had to sit outside and suck up the smoke from disgusting inconsiderate people by the door. used to be my favorite place, not so much now.
One of my favorite places in the Lehigh Valley for lunch and dinner. Good food presentation and service
