RecommendedI would like to thank Ryan, this technician cares about the customer. I have had trouble with a black tank valve since we bought our 5th wheel from another dealership. In 4 hours he had it fixed so it can be opened and closed with no effort. The service manager, Molly, is on top of it when it comes to customer service. Thank you

We shopped every local company & once we found the make a Grand Design we also shopped 2 different dealers and found BD is hands down the place to buy from ! Worst place for follow up customer service. DO NOT FALL FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEY FAILED FOR 2 YEARS for simple maintenance when you ask for help and they dont order parts for 2-4 weeks in the middle of summer DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER!
