Worst salesmanship ever encountered in my life. Charlie has no integrity. Said I wanted the trailer agreed to a price said I would give a deposit until my husband could be reached. He said no need. Bring him back in an hour. Called me thirty minutes later and said it was sold. Jerk move !!!

Many people shop without their partners and then leave to share what they found. It's sad for us and for you. We are working to communicate this better. We have purchased 2 5th wheels from Jeremie at the Kennewick store. We were really happy with the first one, but we kept having issues with the slide, so we upgraded to a new one. In both cases, the guys at the Kennewick store have been easy to work with which made the buying process very smooth. We haven't been as pleased with the service department but they are working to make things better. We purchased a brand new 2016 Toy Hauler 5 months ago. We've had too many repairs to list and too many repairs not getting fixed. Our trailer has a factory defect in the front nose cone fiberglass (warped sinking fiberglass). It is considered a major reconstruction fix and is an automatic reduction in trade in value if I ever trade it in (WA state law says I have to disclose major repairs even though this is a factory issue and no fault of mine). On. Sept 10 of. 2015 we bought a 2008 Holiday Rambler Ambassador from Blue Dog RV. When we first looked at it with the sales man the first words out of his mouth were we can't let you test drive it because we have to replace the wind shield . As we continue d to look over the coach we notice cat scratches on the dash pilot and co pilot seats also the love seat .
