My aunt and I had a wonderful experience with Blue Dog RV it was very pleasant. The people were very friendly and helpful, especially our sales associate Wallace! We were approved for a 2006' 5th wheel 34ft w/ 3 slides! My aunt and I were unbelievably excited! Wallace was very professional and helpful! Best thing I did was to get rid of the trailer. Service department was a joke. I spent countless hours sitting there waiting to get things resolved. After they ruined the paint I then waited months to get the trailer back. One thing after another went wrong. So, the trailer has been replaced from another dealer and service is phenomenal.

Thank you Blue Dog RV in Kennewick -especially Chuck Davis- he was awesome to work with. A down-to-earth, low-key guy who provided excellent customer service and worked hard to find me an awesome RV that fit my needs and budget. Their customer service, which provided unexpected personal touches, from Sales to Service was top-notch throughout the whole process.

Outstanding customer service! Chuck Davis asked us what we were looking for and he helped us find exactly what we wanted when we purchased our new 2016 Grand Design 318rst Reflections 5th wheel. I drove down from Brewster to check out a used 8801 Palomino Truck camper. Chuck Davis told me that the camper was at the Pasco shop so when I got to Kennewick, I was greeted by Keith as Chuck had just left with another customer. Keith was great. We looked at a couple campers at the Kennewick store then drove to Pasco. Being a Saturday the Service place was closed but we went around and checked out the camper. It was as advertised. we purchased a 2016 Heartland product. the sales and financing team were great they showed us everything we wanted to see did not bad mouth there competitors mike the sales person had many years of experience and we found two different units we both liked and we purchased the one that mike could get us the best price on it has been too the service shop one time as with any thing in the first month or so we found a small list of things that needed to be looked at mainly the ac had an issue we made an appointment they fixed ev... read more

we had been looking for a fifth wheel for some time.we went to countless rv dealers.we went to blue dog rv in Kennewick and was greeted by Keith Bennett. He is a very cheerful very informative salesman . He made sure we were in our price budget. Told us all about the fifth wheel we were interested in.answered every question. and was very knowledgable. This place is a joke of a buisness,Wouldn't recommend anyone to spend their money here . Horrible customer service after the sale and service dept is clueless save your money and go to Broadmoor RV. Wish I would have!! My 2015 Aspen trail has been nothing more than a headache which they have had for 5 months and my parts arr still 6-8 weeks out.. " we arr truly sorry for the inconvenience but it's the manufacturer there is nothing we can do" ....
