TIS THAT TIME AGAIN TO BRING ATTENTION TO BLUE DOG RV AND THE HORRIFIC BULLSHIT THEY PUT OUT. MY FOURWINDS 26C MOTOR HOME NEEDS SERVICE AND THE COMPANY THAT SOLD IT TO ME SAYS THEY CANT CHANGE THE OIL BECAUSE ITS TOO LARGE. THEY CANCELLED MY LIFETIME WARRANTY BECAUSE THEY SAID I DIDNT SERVICE IT IN THE FALL. I DONT EVEN DRIVE IT BECAUSE IT HASW MAJOR PROBLEMS THAT THEY BLUE DOG RV REFUSES TO FIX.. STAY AWAY we bought a brand new rv and we have had nothing but problems ever since. Forever warranty is a joke. There service department break stuff so you will have to bring it back to get it fixed to so it is under warrantyuu We have pages of repair work we thought was done but not. Can't even take a shower. The repair guys used our rv as a break room. Our first winterizing in November they left water in the holding tanks they froze. This last time we had it winterizing 10-16, we took it out the first part of this year the... read more

The sales experience was average. Didn't mind it and didn't hate it. The LACK OF SERVICE after the purchase is horrible. Worst service experience ever. They didn't fully install hitch and bed cover. Problems noted during walkthru and was told parts not available to fix. Once parts became available nobody ever called to alert me to the fact. Have had the 2017 Keystone Laredo for less than 30 days and it has more problems than I can list. Big problems for a new RV, the refrigerator doesn't work nor do the a/c units. We just bought a new travel trailer. The sales experience was pretty good. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was having to pay extra for stuff that other RV places don't charge extra for. Things like a spare tire and sewage hose.

Worst RV place to go to! Run! After you buy they treat you horrible and never fix anything! They say it is a free warranty but it is all lies! Our fire place has been broken since 2 months we bought it! Brand new trailer and 40 thousand into blue dog! 120 dollars a year to take it in for inspection when they say it is a free warranty! But, if anything is wrong they say it's not under that warranty and try to charge you a thousand dollars! Awful place! Never again!

We bought our 2015 solitude in July from Blue Dog. We worked with Jeremy and he was amazing. My husband and I really liked all the information he knew about the 5th wheel. We were comparing it to another rv and we are so happy with our Solitude. My husband worked later at the time and we couldn't get there before they closed but Jeremy and the Finance guy stayed there late and made it all work.
