What a load of crap. I had an issue with my 5th wheel, called the service department, spoke to the service manager namrd Ash. People be warned, this man is a sorry excuse for a human being. Called me racist, abusive, told me i was a lier, said he already knew about my reputation at Broadmore RV, ( a place I have never been before mind you) then after 15 minutes of trying to explain to this idiot that he was mistaking me for someone else, he started calling me someone else's name. Blue Dog RV is the worst!!! Don't believe them when they say they've only pulled a soft credit report on you! You'll end up with 5 hard hits that were NOT authorized and then be told there isn't anything they can do about it! Terrible business practices and I will never buy from or recommend them!

Jeremie Prock, is our salesperson, and he has gone out of his way, to make sure we are pleased with our purchase and expediency of delivery. When we have had a problem with previous purchase, they went out of their way to perform the repair on our terms.
Blue Dog RV is a joke. Just returned from a local camping trip and am now cleaning up the aftermath of a leaky AC unit these guys replaced in my BRAND NEW unit. Just now noticed the bent stabilizer jack, rear taillight lens that fell off, and a host of other small issues. I just shelled out 15k Cash for a unit that you would never know was new. This is after two trips back to their service center because they had never done the PDI, and their salesman damaged my unit. Now I have to worry about getting the AC drain fixed befo... read more
