Driving on I-90 the Plastic brackets holding the RV window shades broke and the shades came crashing down on our 2017 Forest River Georgetown. We had to hang bed sheets on the windows for 10 days. We drive by Blue Dog RV in Post Falls on our way home which is 3-1/2 hours away!! Stopped in to see if someone could take a quick look at the brackets and order replacements. Just bought a new home away from home! These guys were amazing! The deal we needed, loved on Akir dog while we were getting a nice thorough walk thru, popcorn and goodie bags for the kids...and to top it off � found us a place to camp for the weekend �Now that’s service!!!!

We went to the Medford Blue Dog on a saturday. no intention to purchase, just checking it out. Well.....we all know how that goes. After a walk around the lot, our sales person showed us just what would work for us, and bam! We were RV owners. Gave us a great deal, easy financing, and the service department was awesome! Since this was our first RV, the walk through was very complete, answered all our questions, and made sure we knew everything about our new coach..Appreciate the attention we were given....
RecommendedThe products seem to be good. I will know more after my first 2 week trip. In the sales department Brian was very helpful. The final finance paperword department is horrible. He was told we were borrow the balance from RCU and he ran a credit check through at least 6 other finance companies and not the credit union we requested. There was a few mix ups between extra in the deal and the shop recieving the information. The shop was very good about tracking things down but it took a couple of trips. Over all good. A verbal agreement that an item was to be included (salesman jotted it down on a piece of paper), paper disappears, $1,000 additional amount is due.
I highly recommend that you don't shop here. The experience that we are having here is not acceptable. They took our check for the full amount on Tuesday and said we would get a call to do walk through in 3 to 5 days. Service called and said they could do walk through Sat. We bought a fifth wheel and said they can't put the hitch in till next Thursday, so we can't bring our trailer home or use it...mean while we are already paying finance fees. No one returns my call because they are all at a RV Show at the Rogue Valley Mall... read more
