I have been trying to get my deposit back for 2 months. I was trying to move in to apt . It couldn’t happen then my realtor told me that he s going to give me 2 months ago . Every time I call him he doesn’t pick up or he says next week . I would never recommend you if u going to rent an apartment. It’s a very bad experience that I ever had . I have been living 7 in south beach and I have lived in downtown area as well. I’m going to court right now it just a lot of headache...

This was literally the worst experience of my life. The agent that I dealt with was Adam Hermoso, He is very unprofessional or he would never answer his phone and only handle business via text message. You can tell that hes only in this for the money and not the customer experience... If you have another option I would not go with this agency.
