It’s a mess!!! Nothing has been remodeled or fixed since these apartments have been built. They don’t know how to properly fix things, let me rephrase that the “SIMPLE THINGS”. The only way you’ll get anything new is if it’s completely broken and can’t be fixed oh and if you get CITY HALL out for a visit. They have roaches and beg bugs bad in most apartments and they will move you in faster than a cat can lick its own A**. Recommendedit's no e the trees here are beautiful, the place is well kept and it's so peaceful just the way I like it, and most of all the manager is a great guy
the management is great. the maintenance team fix things immediately. neighbors are very friendly and we've had no issues the entire 6 years we've lived here!
I did like living here until the office started leaving early (an issue because that's the only place to get the special laundry coins), there is dog poop EVERYWHERE, and the corporate number doesn't work. I have left several messages with the "answering service" and this has yet to be addressed, and has been an issue since Oct 2018.
It a nice place. My parents live there Today. Just visited them
I've just moved in, but already Jeff has gone above and beyond to show I'm part of a community. This already feels like home, and I can't wait for it to warm up to get to enjoy the lake!!
When we first moved here it was nice, clean, friendly people and staff. Now all the people who live around us do drugs, are loud and rude, fight a lot, cops are always around. The people who live around us are complete ass holes and are just trashy!!
