Bloomfiled makes Beautiful looking houses, thats no questions. But once you move into the house the nightmare begins. They rushed finishing our house by the time line THEY gave us. We had cracked titles. Which where replaced in a timely manner BUT they used the wrong grout color! Our air conditioner was never hooked up to drain into anything, So water was pouring into OUR WALL! We bought in Steadman Farms - We have had 4 houses built, and by far, this is the worst builder we have ever used. We would NEVER buy from Bloomfield Homes again. This was the worst mistake of our lives!!!!!!! I could write a book on all the things they did wrong when building our house. Their houses are beautiful, but the contractors they use to build the house are WAY WAY WAY below par. The quality of workmanship is the worst we have ever dealt with.
