These guys are great while they’re selling you a house but once the deal is closed your on your own. I have filed several warranty claims. NONE have been fixed. There was no internet for the first couple months which when you work from home makes it hard to pay your mortgage. Make sure when your house is built that it’s complete. I pay the HOA every month but I can’t get keys to the amenities that I pay for and the HOA refuses to answer my calls or emails. There are a lot of home builders here in the DFW metroplex. I was so excited with my first home in, but we had so many problem with Bloomfields projector manager Jason Wynns. He did not take responsibility for my home. He was careless about what I pointed out and needed to be repaired. The day we walkthroughs was more than 1 week before out closing day. We blue taped on the walk need to repair the texture and paint which he said really easy to fix. Our home was built late in 2019 by Bloomfield Homes in the Lewis Ranch subdivision of Wylie, Tx. When the house was almost finished, and before purchasing the home, it became apparent the house had a major drainage issue in the back yard and left side of the house. Before signing off and purchasing the home, I shared my drainage concerns with the Bloomfield, and they told me not to worry and that they would make it right and fix the problem. We have had issues with our flooring since October 2019 and they still have resolved nothing. The homes are beautiful but the quality of workmanship is awful. The VP of Sales and Marketing actually said to my husband, "Didn't we give you a discount on the house?" Let me clarify that statement. They had discounted the home before we looked at it and it was listed at the discounted price. They weren't doing us any favors. I guess he thinks because the house was discounted they don't have to stand behind their warranty???... read more

Attn. Don Dykstra if you a listening I still need those incentives. Today I met with salesman Bill @ Kentsdale Farms Desoto. I was approved with AMSW, saw the 1148 Richard Pittmon Lane returned to office to sign contract. I told salesman Bill two complaining neighbors, I gave him the neighbors names, they were selling their bloomfield due to delinquent repairs, minimal retails, and poor schools. I have had drainage issues since I moved in. I would not recommend Bloomfield to anyone. The always try to shift blame to other, and do not honor their warranty. They had soak and grow LLC improperly install french drains throughout Kreymer Estates. Approx. 15 plus houses that are less than 5-7 have had foundation issues and repairs. They keep telling people that foundation cracks are normal. Never again will I build a home with any of these shady crooks

Hello people in the market of buying a Bloomfield home in star ranch subdivision in Godley TX, please choose another builder, these people has been a nightmare for me also costing myself s lot of money as far my current living situation, my home build has been changed about 4 times because of these careless contractors building these homes, buyers beware of Bloomfield home in star ranch, my home is 1008 Kingston dr Godley TX

Bloomfiled makes Beautiful looking houses, thats no questions. But once you move into the house the nightmare begins. They rushed finishing our house by the time line THEY gave us. We had cracked titles. Which where replaced in a timely manner BUT they used the wrong grout color! Our air conditioner was never hooked up to drain into anything, So water was pouring into OUR WALL! It took over 3 weeks for them to fix it and we are still waiting on the painters to come out to finish. There was a large hole in my kitchen w... read more
