I had a gel manicure done in February for my wedding. When it grew out I scheduled a soak off and a regular manicure on March 9th. Instead of soaking off the gel, the nail tech used the electric drill and totally ruined my nails. My nails are now extremely brittle and painful to touch. You can see through my nails and see the capillaries. I had to cut them within a few days of my visit as well because they were so flimsy from the drill they used. I love bloombar and have been coming here for years but today wasn’t the best experience. My nail tech seemed like she didn’t want to do her job at all. She threw the nail file on the table when she grabbed it from the drawer with the attitude that she was annoyed about doing a clients nails, a coworker dropped off some candy for her and asked her to open it and ate it in the middle of doing my nails. I’ve been to bloombar a few times and I really love the convenience of their hours and availability. I book with Orianna because she has great attention to detail and every time I bring her a Pinterest inspo, she delivers! My nails last 3-4 weeks easily with the builder gel. I’d definitely recommend booking with Orianna.
