We've lived here 15 months already and just signed a new lease. There are issues but no place is perfect. I live close enough to the office that if I am unable to get some on in the office on the phone I just walk over. My maintenance requests are submitted from the website and are always taken care of promptly. We had issues with the dryer and dishwasher when we moved in and they were replaced right away. This complex has a manager on site that is abusive to disabled Seniors. This heartless manager just had a disabled woman, on a fixed income physically removed from her apartment with her little dogs, all shivering in the outside cold air, as the woman had just returned from the hospital and was recuperating. This despite no legal posting, or written notification, or even a phone call and her rent was already paid in full, on time, and has been a tenant for close to 10 years. I've been looking to move to the Las Vegas area for a few months now and have been working with Elaine and Kelsi on finding an apartment to suit my needs. I've had a great experience with them. They've been very responsive and helpful during this whole process. Hopefully soon I'll be able to get everything together to finally move into a new space!
What a Great Place to Live at ... Spent my First Years in Vegas here in these apartment homes interacting with the Lovely Leasing Consultants who Exemplify what it means to Be Family Friendly and All about their Tenants ... They are Great to be around and very knowledgeable of the surroundings and what's going on in the city ... I must recommend anyone who haven't been here to go here and experience the fantastic atmosphere of Camden Bel Air
me and my fiancé have lived in Camden Bel air since February of this year and its amazing everyone in the office is always smiling and very helpful and maintain great attitudes, the maintenance guys are all great, ray from Camden bel air is very helpful to me in particular, great attitude, great service, and is always at my door on time when I schedule a work order with the office! I just want to say thanks!

Won't let me write a review without a star rating. They don't deserve any! This place sucks. Gate doesn't close, staff said they have someone fixing it... That was like over a month ago. Unwanted people hanging out at the pools, broken water sprinklers which made our water bills increase, incompetent new staff, charging late and hidden fees, the list goes on and on. I will not be renewing my lease here. Find elsewhere, save your time and money. Other places have gates that work, water sprinklers that don't make a damn river,... read more
