Great place for living, very friendly office

We have lived here almost 2 years now. Yes, they are a little slow getting to things and yes they bang things a little loud but maintenance is noisy. They don't start until after 7:00 a.m. and quit by 7:00 p.m. (that's the law) I realize it's an inconvenience to some, calm down, their only doing their job. Agreed, they could upgrade the appliances, I brought my own washer and dryer. I would love to have my own fride here but it's not compatible. I love the exterior upgrades they are doing. They had me to spend my money on a application in to find out they don't accept my voucher why lie to get somebody over there to look at they place waste my time in waste my money smh
I wrote a review last week about the bogus carpet stain removal charges, the 4 months without a safe stove, the bird excrement on the front porch which by the way is the only thing staining any portion of the apartment and the black mold that was removed from the upstairs apartment when they finally had to admit there was a little up there. Apparently they don't like bad press and deleted the first post
