My girlfriend and I have been living here since December of 2012. We absolutely love it here! The staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and attentive. We have been in some apartments where it takes atleast 2 weeks to complete an simple work order, here at Candem, they are usually out there the same day! :-) Also we just had our first daughter born while living here, it has been a real positive environment to raise a child. So all in all, Candem Bel Air is a perfect community to start and raise a family.
My husband and I like living here very much. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is very quick to respond to service requests. I think lots of people would rather blame management for things than take the responsibility of being aware of their surroundings and suspicious activity. We have met some nice people while living here and plan to continue living here.

Well our apartment just got broken into and I'm thankfull we weren't there cause usually me and my kids(newborn and 3yr) are always home now I'm just so scared.. If anyone heard, seen or knows anything please let me know it happened on the tenaya side. I'm scared for the safety of my kids!
