Lived here my apartment was broken into !! They never did anything to help us out didn’t even fix our door !!! To expensive for them to not even have a security main gate was always open too!! Always had those bugs on our apartment too
RecommendedAfter new management took over not too long along ago, this place has done nothing but improved! During this pandemic, they’ve been accommodating and friendly. I just witnessed a parade outside and it was so fun to watch! Good Job Bloom! 😊
Not charge a resident who has been charged with the care of her Veteran BROTHER who is now a quadriplegic OVER $5,200.00 to break their lease....to again...TAKE CARE OF HER VETERAN BROTHER!! SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WHO TRIED TO PUT THIS OFF ON CORPORATE WHEN IT'S THEIR DECISION!!!
This place doesnt know how to answer calls, work orders take forever to get fixed. save your money and time
This place will do anything to take your money. the office staff is rude and, doesn’t care about anything. i can’t wait to get out of here! i would never recommend this place to anyone
This place is overpriced. They almost never come to fix things. I have had a mouse in my apartment for a month now and they still haven't sent someone to get it removed. It took us weeks to get our washer fixed and its still not right. Do not rent from them unless you want your money to go to waste.
Basically, these people here are SLUM LORDS.
Do not live here. Horrible management. We’ve had a leak since December yet it’s not fixed it’s always an excuse and, no answers. This place is awful rent goes up 24/7 with no reason! Maintenance is a joke. The guy who works for maintenance even said yeah I wouldn’t live here so if that’s not saying something hopefully this review by me does. Save your time/stress go somewhere else
