I have insurance and they cant accept that .. i have severe diabetes i needed to do the tests urgently and they still wont accept it and charged me 500$ .. everyone doesnt have that kind of money to spend immediately. I am very very upset they wont even care about anyone . Now i have health card but its expired cause i have applied for work permit but it wont come till 6 months so till then i wont get my new health card .

The wonderful phlebotomists and other staff are fantastic. Great staff! BUT give them new blood collection chairs! Blood collection chairs held together with duct tape is not acceptable. I am sure nobody working here wants duct tape blood collection chairs but with health care in Nova Scotia the way it is I feel like duct tape holding together blood collection chairs is exactly the, no other word will fit, vibe.
