Why would you have someone in a customer facing role that doesn't speak English. My wife used to buy their cookie dough here and make the cookies fresh at home. She tried to order that and got frozen cookies that have already been baked. She tried to explain that he messed up the order and he just didn't understand at all.
Great service and absolutely the best cookies in Indiana
The service is very good but the taste of the cookies is too sweet. I do not recommend it.
Stopped by this cookie store after having lunch at The Fashion Mall. They had a nice selection of cookies with a variety of flavors and they are reasonably priced. In addition to cookies, they also offered cookie dough, icing, and other sweet treats. I noticed that they also did cookie cakes and pizzas which could be used for birthdays or other celebrations. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful during our visit. Nice dessert shop and I would return.
The blonde girl working there on Thursday around 6 PM was very rude. She was very snappy when I asked her questions about the cookies. she was so rude. I panicked and just bought two red cookies when I had more questions about the rest. This is my first time here will not be coming back.
