I have had an incredible experience with Dr. Alex & Chelsea in this office. My entire life I have had really strong vasovagal responses to needles, injections, blood tests etc and I faint quite frequently. Dr Alex spent multiple hours with me explaining all of my options in thorough detail and answering all of my questions so that I felt comfortable and at ease. I can’t speak highly enough about Chelsea. She’s the most skilled brow threading tech in Miami. It’s hard to find someone who is so consistent, precise, and truly takes her time brow mapping & shaping to ensure your brows are snatched to perfection. (Like she truly spends at least 45 minutes on my brows, no other tech does this!!). Anyone who books with Chelsea will absolutely fall in love with her & her amazing work. She really did save my brows (and, I can’t wait to try her facials, lash lifts & tints).
