A nice place to have a great meal with someone you love
Had an early dinner last Saturday at Bleu. Wow, the clams! I'm from Maine (28 years ago) and this is the first real (good) whole clams I have had in Vermont. They were perfect, served with red onion, celery, raw apple cider vinaigrette & capers. Right now they are an appetizer, but I hope Bleu makes them an entrée.
