My boyfriend and I went to Bleu for a "fancy date night" during VT restaurant week 2017 and had an amazing dinner. Everything we ate and drank from appetizer to dessert was simply delicious and our waiter Branden was so accommodating and knowledgeable. He really made our night special. We will certainly be back to try more!!
If you love seafood and care about sourcing You will love Bleu. Don't be fooled by the fact that it's in a hotel. This is an awesome restaurant run by very talented people. Check them out. You will not regret it.
I've been there twice now and each time was a fabulous experience. The atmosphere is awesome, the waitstaff are all professional and friendly and the food was delicious with a beautiful presentation. Can't wait to go back.
