I was trying to sell a difficult property while I was not local to the area. Blake took the time to be on the property, he helped me coordinate with the lender, and was able to get multiple offers above the target range. Blake sold my property on Larkspur in Lisle, IL. He has also helped me previously with other real estate needs. He is always personable and markets really well. I was particularly impressed with how he marketed to the neighborhood with mailers and online prior to going on the market. He had offers before we had it listed to the public and after having multiple packed open houses that first weekend, he had many offers to review with me. We obtained a final price that was fantastic!
