Worst dealership we have EVER dealt with!! Not just the Greencastle location...State College too. Everyone wants to pass the blame onto someone else and then when the manager says he will personally make things right he then pushes it off again. Not reputable at all. Wouldn't buy a donkey from any Blaise Alexander dealership. Lots of lies!
I was interested in a Camaro that was at another lot approximately 3 hours away. The salesman (Jeff Phillips) took the time to listen to what I was interested in and had the car I wanted brought down. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
We recently bought an Equinox from salesman Lynn Stepler. We are very happy with our purchase and the attention given to us. We were not able to take it with us the evening we bought it and he offered to come in on his day off. We were very impressed by that. We made sure that wasn't necessary but it was great he offered. We plan to be Blaise customers for a long time.
Had some work done to my van in July 2015. Blaise failed to do an alignment on my van after the work they did. Due to that the rear tires on my van wore down to the cords in 7 months time. We took the van in and Blaise Alexander denied any wrong doing and would not take any responsibility for the work that was done in their service dept. We had 3 other mechanics from 3 other garages look at the van and all three agreed the damage to the tires was caused by Blaise not doing a realignment after servicing the van.
