I would give it a ZERO rating if it were an option. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. This is the most disorganized dealership I have seen. They are not customer oriented at all. If you do not use the dealership financing, they become rude and nasty. They added an etching to the vehicles without authorization from the customer and then charge the customer an extra $500.
