Negative Stars - black hole of service here. Second attempt at getting my son's car key fixed. They could not do it a second time. Blamed something new and said they'd have to "rip apart" the ignition (not the most technical of terms and possibly why they failed twice). Aside from incompetence and wanting to charge me more for a relatively simple process, lots of strange behavior at the dealer ship while I waited an hour and a half only to walk up to the service desk to get an update. They did a great job getting me into a car. They were very professional and understanding. They made my experience well worth it. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Allen, Mike and Ronnie are very good at what they do and made sure i drove home in a very nice and dependable vehicle. Hats off to them. I love my 2008 Chevrolet Malibu. It had 50k miles on it and its in mint condition. Very pleased with everything.

We've purchased many cars from many different dealerships and Blaise is the first dealership where we actually had fun! All of the employees were upbeat (you could tell that they loved their jobs) and friendly.
