I had the best experience here! I previously had a car that I never wanted and had multiple issues with. Stopped here on a whim and Sabrina greeted me right away! She listened to what I wanted and helped me find exactly what I wanted and needed, going as far as helping us bring the car of my dreams from 2.5 hours away! Mark was excellent to deal with. Never did he try to push me into anything I wanted. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he took me to the lot and check out the trucks. After looking at a few I found the one I wanted. The whole process was a snap. My wife and I will be back to get her a new Tahoe.
I picked up my truck 1/5 and I love it. Brand new 2018 Duramax. I must admit though the process started off rougher than anticipated with an unknowledgeable sales person and rude sales manager Mike. But once I got with Lynn Stepler he got me in the right truck and helped me every step of the way and was very knowledgeable about the product and could answer all my questions that I had.
