Everyone there was absolutely wonderful and would defnetly recommened them!
Really unprofessional. Service & Body shop. The work takes longer than the estimated time, the Body shop didn't complete the job but didn't tell me until I went to pick up my car, and the service people have zero concept of customer service.
We saw an Equinox on their website and went to test drive it. We liked it; they offered us the car overnight so we could get in some real world driving. That really helped sell the vehicle. The sales process itself was no pressure; Mark Nelson and the sales manager were easy to work with and we made it happen with no hassles. They also handled all the Maryland paperwork and taxes. A great buying experience; we will check in with them again for our next vehicle. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and friendly.
The people at Blaise Alexander chevrolet was nice and work with me and did a grate job getting in my new truck... when it come time for my next new one I will be back thank u all for the hard work u all did love my new truck

We have purchased 3 cars from Blaise, one Chevrolet and we just added 2 Volvos. I cannot speak highly enough about every person who helped us, from our salesperson Jason Barney to the GM Jason Hamilton and everyone in between. They went above and beyond the call of duty, stayed (very) late and truly made sure we were satisfied with our purchases!!
I'm not one for doing reviews but had to do this one. Bobby Springer at Blaise Alexander in Greencastle has got to be one of the best salesman there is. From the moment I stepped in the door till I drove away in my 2015 Silverado it was like being with an old freind. He was very knowledgable and just great to deal with. I can't say enough good things about my buying experience so THANK YOU very much!
