Realmente los apartamentos están en muy malas condiciones, pero lo peor son los ascensores y el mantenimiento del edificio, espero sea una de tus últimas opciones para rentar. Definitivamente no recomiendo vivir allí.
The office is unethical and is illegally raising the rent at exponential rates without giving enough notice to the fragile and at risk residents without increasing the value of the poorly maintained property. Code compliance has been at their door many times. Do not rent here, it is not worth it.
