The staff and vets at Blackhawk treated our family with care and compassion, provided us with the information we needed to make a difficult decision, and made sure that everyone in their office knew about our dog's circumstances in order to be able to respond to emergency issues appropriately. We had to put our guy down, but they made sure he was at ease before the procedure, checked in with our family afterward, and planted a tree in his honor through the Arbor Day Foundation. Been going to them since I was a kid with my parents. Now, I take my pets there. They treat us like family!!
Ask them about their pricing for a health certificate? They charged $65 for a piece of paper that costs $1. They charged for a wellness exam which is to be expected but then an additional $65. Not about the animals clearly about $.
We had to put our dog, Buck, down. They donated in memory of Buck a tree to be planted in Chippewa National Forest. I love this place. They really understand what our four-legged kids. Thank you so very much. It means alot to us.
Dr. Williams has provided awesome, compassionate care for my various pets over the last 20+ years. I highly recommend him. These are the newest of my pets that he saw today. 😻
Staff sucks I made a 9am appointment for today a week ago and the lady tell me I have no appointment yes I do well sir no u don’t here fill this out and an I get u in a few hours no cuz I got a 9am appointment and I would like to talk to the manager I am the manager now u can fill this out or leave wow 😮 o give this place a half a ⭐️
My black lab puppy was vomiting yesterday. I took him in to these guys. They were so great! They treated him like one of their own and were very patient with me and all of my questions. This morning, the office even called to check up on him and asked me to give them an update. The staff is so friendly & very professional! They helped to ease my worry. 🐾🐶
