Mia was absolutely wonderful. I had 48 hours to secure an apartment and Mia was able to book more than 7 places to go visit. I truly appreciated the focus and attention on my needs. I was able to sign in the perfect apartment. She is very communicative and works with your needs. Would recommend her over and over.

Katia Bon was a wonderful realtor. A longtime Miami resident, Katia’s extensive knowledge of not only the various neighborhoods but the particulars of each building made my search easy. She was professional, kind, and I never felt pressured at any point while buying my first home. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a place in Miami!

Sep and Lysandra did an amazing job selling our condo in Edgewater. They were super patient, professional, and an overall pleasure to work with. If you are transacting in Edgewater, definitely do yourself a favor and work with Blackbook!
