Update: Blackbook took tenant keys and after more than a month, remains silent about next steps for money owed. They dodge calls and push off communications to a later time without any direct follow up. Sep and Lysandra dodge calls and submit fabricated documents to benefit their team or their landlord partners, with backdated documents. Be cautious with giving them your PCI or PII data

Tatiana Rodríguez has assisted me in securing three properties in the last two years. She’s great at what she does. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and always pleasant to interact with. She is willing to do whatever it takes to help, even viewing properties in my absence (I lived out of state at the time) and forwarding videos so I could see. She is, in my view, a great asset to Blackbook and I would recommend her to friends and family without reservation.

I’ve been working with black book properties since first arriving in Miami in 2021. Tatiana Rodriguez has helped me with my four unit in Miami, and she has been such a blessing. She is persistent, always reachable, and is knowledgeable on almost every property in the dade/broward area. I couldn’t be happier with the consistency. When working with black ppl properties, you are viewed as family, and not a dollar sign. Which is very hard to find in Miami.
