I’ve been working with black book properties since first arriving in Miami in 2021. Tatiana Rodriguez has helped me with my four unit in Miami, and she has been such a blessing. She is persistent, always reachable, and is knowledgeable on almost every property in the dade/broward area. I couldn’t be happier with the consistency. When working with black ppl properties, you are viewed as family, and not a dollar sign. Which is very hard to find in Miami.

As a first time homebuyer, I was lacking both experience & knowledge and I was nervous going into the home buying process. However Jessica was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions, and walked me through each step of the process.
