One of the most well-known restaurants on the Island, Blackbeards serves a diverse clientele, and for that reason it can get very busy during the tourism/spring break season. The menu contains a tempting mix of drinks (Strawberry Daiquiri, Rum Punch), sandwiches (Yellowfin Tuna, The Pearl - a fried oyster po' boy) and other seafood dishes (Ginger Teriyaki Tuna Steak, Stuffed Shrimp). I had the chargrilled shrimp with mushroom wild rice and grilled veggies. It was delicious! Then I ordered the "small" warm brownie ala mode with 2 spoons so I could share. It was so huge we had a hard time finishing it but it was SOoooo good!!!� Service was fast and our server was pleasant. Definitely ready for a do-over!
I love Concha's Stuffed Jalapeños. They Are Awesome.
The best catfish I have ever eaten. We come down here once a year from Van Buren Arkansas and this one of those places we have to go at least once while we are here. They have never disappointed.
Food was really good. Pricing ok, seemed a bit high. Warm brownie Ala-mode was awesome.
My favorite place to eat at when I go to SPI. The service and food is always good :)

Nicely sized plates at a reasonable price. We ate there the first day we got there for lunch, had the catfish and shrimp combo. Came out quick and hot.
