I have lived in Lakeland for the past 11 years & after my 6th (& final) child was born, I came into Black Swan where I met Kris Taylor for the 1st time. My daughter was merely 3 months old when my ribs were done to memorialize that final chapter of my life. From there, I have had an additional 18 tattoos from Kris-\-\-never, ever leaving unhappy or unsatisfied. Absolutely Amazing !!! They did my daughters nose piercing today !! Sweet, gentle, quick and awesome !! I can't seem enough great things about Black Swan !!

What a great experience. Phil did my tattoo as well as my best friends and although we were late he greeted us with a smile and stayed past closing time to make sure everything was perfect. We were joking and laughing and we really had a wonderful time. It was my first tattoo and he walked me through the whole thing and kept telling me how great I was doing. Not to mention all the talking and laughing kept my mind off of it! Thank you so much Phil!!!
