Awesome people and they totally make you feel comfortable! Relaxed chill environment. Best one in lakeland went to others with friends of mine...there sketchy and pervy not black swan tho :D

I'm in love with my dimple peircing and Jake really took the time to make then perfect!
Phil was awesome. He made me feel comfortable even thought I was super nervous. He was also fast and made my tattoo look amazing.
Jake is awesome!! He did my nose piercing and it turned out perfect! He's very upfront about the process and what to expect, which I really appreciated! Would definitely recommend Jake and Black Swan, everyone in there was very welcoming.

I just had my daith pierced by Jake at Black Swan. It was a great experience! Jake was very knowledgeable and it's easy to see that he is a professional. He made the entire process quick and easy. I will definitely be back!
I took my daughter here to have her ears pierced - it's her birthday and she's turning six. Jake was our piercer and I cannot say enough good things about how awesome he was. He was unbelievably patient and kind with my daughter who, despite wanting to get her ears pierced, took quite some time to work up the courage once we were there.
