Very clean and great group of guys friendly and funny. Great artwork that looks like it will last a long time. We were very pleased with our TATTOOS. Also afordable!! Quite a few people at my job hopefully plan on going there for their tattoos.
Shane was awesome. Im so pleased with my Hummingbird tattoo. He was very professional, and the other artists were very friendly. So glad i went to Black Swan.

I went to Black Swan to get my ear pierced. The staff was very friendly. I had recently had a bad experience at a different parlor. The Black Swan employees were appalled at how I was treated elsewhere. Jake did my piercing. He made sure that it would be exactly where I wanted it. All of the instruments he used were fresh out of packages so I knew they were clean. Overall, he was a great piercer and I would highly recommend him!
This was my first tattoo ever and I told Kris that I was a little nervous. He told me not to worry and was super cool about it. Next thing I knew we were having a full blown conversation and my tattoo was over. The other artists there were super nice and a lot of their art work is incredible. Fine detail and they handle you well. Nice environment and great artists. Definitely would come back again and have Kris do another one for me or even some of the other artists as well.
Went in to have daith piercing in both ears, Jake was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I got goosebumps while getting pierced, (we both laughed)... I will go back to see Jake for any other piercings I want in the future. Great experience !!! Thank you Jake.
