Phil was amazing! He spent all day tattooing myself and my husband, he did incredible work on both of us, can’t wait to come back for more!
Yesterday, 5 of my family members, including myself, went to Black Swan for tattoos. This was a first tattoo for my nephew and I. The tattoo artists at Black Swan were awesome. Phil and Chris were so helpful and nice and they did such a GREAT job!! All of the tattoos were AWESOME! I would HIGHLY recommend Black Swan to anyone wanting a tattoo.
