Got my first tattoo and nose pierced during my one visit yesterday. It took me years of visits to finally take the plunge. My nose piercing procedure was thoroughly explained and she took great Care to walk me through each part of the process, which was very quick. I came to get my nipples pierced. The wait was not long at all. It’s basically first come first serve. You guys were not only professional but also helpful. You told me what i needed to do for the piercing after-care and you closed the door to keep it private. This isn’t in the job description but you gave tattoo advice to my friend who was asking about pain tolerance lol

My mom, sister, and I came to black swan with an idea of what we wanted and after working with Phil came up with a phenomenal idea to get matching tattoos to honor my dad who had just passed away. Phil helped us finish our design and was patient with us altering and changing the design until we got it perfect. The whole experience was so much fun! Very good with my son as this was his first tattoo. Explained what to expect and very patient. He also guaranteed his work if need additional touch up after heals (like more shading within a time frame) again very reasonable and would go back to them quickly. Very clean friendly staff
