Amazing service, amazing decor, amazing cuisine!! The duck fat fries were fabulous, walleye po' boy was phenomenal, as was the salmon salad with a poached egg (which was cooked perfectly!) I'll be back for sure!!!

We were in for the first time Saturday evening. Loved the Walleye nuggets to start! a couple of us had the lamb and it was cooked to perfection. One of our friends had the scallops and he shared one with me. I will order that the next time. It was to die for. I loved that we could bring our own wine in for a $10 corking fee and after dinner we took our glasses and went and sat outside. It was so nice. Our server was Chad and he was polite and spot on. WOW!!!! As if the atmosphere wasn't impressive enough!!!! Our server was adorable, sweet and had GREAT recommendations. She has been a long time CR restaurant/bar vet and knew her stuff. We had walleye nuggets with the crunch berry crust...melt in your mouth delicious!!! The Salmon dip with red peppers & crostini...ahhhhmazing!!!! And we had the duck fat fries...wonderful. The sauce pairings were perfection. Will definitely be back...probably this week already! This is the food you will CRAVE!!!!
The atmosphere is such that it is casual enough to meet up with friends and or coworkers for happy hour and enjoy many of their appetizers and drink specials or make a dinner reservation and wear that little black dress. Either way, there will be no disappointments! Great place with very friendly, outgoing and attentive staff.

Good, better, best..never let it rest, until your good is better, and your better is best...you guys made it to the best! And you have a 5 star bartender as well! (Ok, his name is Jeff, and OK, I might be his mom!)
Th food and service were great, and the building is a treasure.
The Only people writing bad reviews failed to make a reservation , that's not the restaurants fault. This place was superb from the decor, food, drinks to the service. Happy to see it in a place like Cedar Rapids to set a precedent for others to follow.
