Awesome patio dining atmosphere with fireplaces! We had some wine and just one burger, which was great. Service from Bonnie was perfect. We loved our first visit there!
Read the great reviews. Stopped in at 4 o'clock this afternoon to eat. Seated ourselves at a table near the bar. Seven total customers plus four bartenders/servers behind the bar. Five minutes later we still had no service so my friend went to the bar. They told her we needed to sit at the bar since no server was assigned to our section. Really? One of the four talking behind the bar couldn't wait on us? We left. I can't recommend a place that has poor service.

While our kitchen is actually closed during this time of the day (we do have a light snack menu available), this was still unacceptable so I asked the bartenders for their account. I think there may have been a miscommunication - our bartenders' version of the occurrence was that your friend came up to the bar and he said (and I'm paraphrasing) "I'm sorry, there's not a server on your section right now so we didn't see you but I'll be right out" he turned to get the cocktail... read more
We had the Filet Oscar and the Lamb Chops. Both are Superb! We really love good food, and have dined in many the premier establishment... I have to tell you: this was some of the best food Anywhere... Not just in CR.... Anywhere! Whoever was on grill last night had super powers. We really enjoyed our visit. We walked in on the spur of the moment on a Wednesday evening without reservations. No tables were available, but we were able to sit at the bar and order from the menu. I tried the Cuban Compass, Bleu Brulee and Chicken Caesar salad and loved it!
Nice atmosphere. Loved reading about the history of the building. Menu is unique...really somewhere to take guests visiting from out of town.
My drink was so-so and my hamburger was too done. Not impressed with the place besides a nice environment.
Great atmosphere! Had an appetizer which was excellent. Looking forward to bringing my husband here soon. Felt like I was walking in to some great place in a big city. Very sophisticated.......

I am not one to ever write a review good or bad but in this case I feel I must. For as fancy and classy as this place is the food should be prepped properly to NOT be making people ill. Myself and another person from our party last night had the same dish and have been sick through the night and I still am. So no I won't be returning!

We can see that you ate the Caesar salad that night and that no one else in your party ate that same salad, so what is it that you another person in your party shared? An appetizer maybe? We've checked in with several other people that ate the Caesar salad that day and they have not reported any ill effects.
